I have worked with Dean for almost three years now and continue to see improvements in both my strength and body condition as a result of the training and advice. He gives great, bespoke advice, depending on your fitness goals and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.


I highly recommend Dean for any and all your fitness needs. When I went to him I had various injuries and, with his extensive knowledge, he was able to work on a programme which got me feeling fitter than I have in years. Dean works with you, at your pace, without pressure, and I can guarantee you won't regret it. Next challenge is to get me fit enough to trek to the base camp of Everest!!


I really enjoy my sessions with Dean. Dean listens to your needs and creates a program to suit you. I don't feel like getting fit is a chore and look forward to my weekly sessions.


I have been training with Dean for the last 18 months and cannot rate his training services high enough. I have noticed a marked improvement in my fitness and really enjoy my regular training sessions, both in strength & conditioning and boxing. Thanks Dean for everything.

I did some work with Dean over the space of five or six weeks and I noticed an almost immediate improvement in flexibility. He took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted to get out of the sessions and also took into consideration a recent back injury, tailoring the exercises to what I could and couldn't do with that. Dean comes highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to have more sessions with him in the future.


Wanted to express my thanks to Dean for organising a great session with our 10 year old granddaughters .He made exercising fun , they thoroughly enjoyed it even if they were grasping for breath at the end. They were so whacked they had trouble lifting their iPads afterwards .Dean certainly knows his stuff.

I have been using Dean for strength & conditioning training for the last couple of months and I am so pleased with the results, I have upped my sessions to two per week. The boxing training is really satisfying and I feel so much better when I leave a session. Cannot recommend Dean enough and would urge anyone thinking of improving their fitness to have a chat with him.
